Recently people have been asking about our next year’s exhibition. This has caused us to sit down and think seriously about it. After much soul searching we concluded that stepping back and taking a break is our best option.

Since opening in 2009 all of us, including the wonderful, talented volunteers, have pushed the boat out for visitors from all over the world. We have offered them fourteen splendid major exhibitions in the main Court Room Gallery each with an emphasis on a different aspect of the Welsh Quilting tradition. The presentations have been informative, imaginative and, I hope, entertaining.

Gallery Two has featured textile artists and artists from other affiliated fields, contributing enormously to the overall experience.

We are grateful to all our supporters and hope you will bear with us while we recharge the batteries. I really do believe everybody will benefit from a little rest !
